Oh Time Bomb, Oh Time Bomb

I got my first Christmas Tree from Big Lots for $19.99. It is pre-lit with white lights.

I have always wanted to decorate a tree in a color scheme and I always thought I would choose blues, although I don't know why, considering blue is one of my least favorite colors (surpassed only by gray).

Instead, I chose orange, red, pink and gold bulbs.

I didn't have a tree topper so I used an ornament and stuck it on the top and it ended up looking like the tall, skinny, lopsided tree from Whoville. I kind of like it that way.

I felt like my tree needed to be enjoyed by all, so instead of setting it on the ground, I put it on a table and set it in front of a window. The tree is 6 ft. tall. So, yes, it's a little weird.

Chelsea, too, set up a tree in her house. She found it to be quite a festive event and so began to sing "Oh Christmas Tree." It only got weird when she wanted to sing the German version and ended up singing "Oh Time Bomb, Oh Time Bomb."
